The Kamen Rider Gaim portion of the film is titled Kamen Rider Gaim: Advance to the Last Stage and features the appearance of the Mechanical Life Form Megahex and the return of Ryoma Sengoku, who was thought to have died from his injuries, as a cyborg armed with the Dragonfruit Energy Lockseed, requiring the return of Kouta Kazuraba and Mai Takatsukasa back to the Earth to help Mitsuzane Kureshima, Takatora Kureshima, and the spirit of Kaito Kumon to stop them. TheKamen Rider Drive portion of the film is titled Kamen Rider Drive: The Challenge From Lupin and features Shinnosuke Tomari investigating a series of thefts performed by the artificial Roidmude Cyberoid ZZZ, whose human form Zoruku Tojo has the ability to transform into Kamen Rider Lupin. Both sets of Kamen Riders will team up in the Movie War Full Throttle portion of the film where Gaim and Drive gain new forms to battle Megahex after he absorbed Cyberoid ZZZ to become ZZZ Megahex.
